Two months ago I got a very interesting healing request from Jonathan. He asked me whether I could help him lose some of his weight. With his BMI (Body Mass Index) being 28.0, he definitely didn’t belong to the category of people that BMI calculator labels as obese – he was just in the upper range of overweight. His requirements were the following: “Please help me lose 10kg. I don’t want to exercise – I don’t want to buy any special dietary supplements that support weightloss – I want to achieve weightloss in 3 months and do it in a healthy and smart way.”. What at first looked like an impossible task, later turned out to be much easier.

After accepting Jonathan’s request for healing, I performed a remote extra-sensory diagnosis in order to identify which of the factors were contributing to his overweight. For the purposes of doing the testing I used a pendulum and set of human body anatomy charts.
The summarised findings coming out of Jonathan’s diagnosis were:
The biggest influence on Jonathan’s weight was the actual food intake, so we both agreed upon a daily meal plan of action, in which he would eat precisely my recommended foods.
Every morning for the period of 60 days I sent Jonathan his daily meal plan for the current day (what he should have for breakfast, lunch, dinner and in the time between the main meals). The list I created using the pendulum and a muscle testing technique which is generally adequate for this purpose. For more information about muscle testing, please read my older post.
While it doesn’t make huge sense to list of all of Jonathan’s daily meal plans here as they were custom made to nourish and cover the daily needs of his cells, it makes sense to mention nutritional patterns that appeared in his daily meal plans.

Results were really amazing! By fully adhering to the daily meal plans I provided to Jonathan, Jonathan managed to lose 9.7kg in just 2 months. And without exercising, fasting and starving. We agreed that I would teach him how to muscle test so he could continue with the tradition of daily meal plans optimized to fulfill the needs and requirements of his body.
